About returns
As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
In the unlikely event that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item. We will take responsibility for preparing a replacement item.
Return conditions
When returning or exchanging an item, please return it in the same condition as when it was delivered. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or have been damaged or soiled by the customer.
Shipping charge
If the product is damaged from the beginning or during transportation, or if you receive a product different from the one you ordered, we will not charge shipping charges for returns or exchanges. In these cases, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. Our company will take responsibility for dealing with it.
