- Regarding returns
As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
If there is any defect, damage, or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will take responsibility for providing a replacement item. - Return conditions
If you wish to return or exchange, please return the item in the same condition as when it was delivered. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used once or have been damaged or stained by the customer. - Shipping costs
If the product is damaged from the beginning, during transportation, or if a product that is different from the one you have requested is received, we will not charge you any shipping fees for returns or exchanges. In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will take responsibility for your actions.
