Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of each pre-set product.However, if the total weight exceeds 30 kilogramsPlease contact us before purchasing (We can also accommodate PayPal invoices).

We will contact you separately for shipping costs over 30 kilograms.Also, if the parcel dimensions (total width x depth x height) exceed 90 cm, it will be out of the category of "Normal Shipping" and will need to be shipped via EMS or international parcel, which is calculated separately.We will contact you regarding arrangements after that.

・Shipping overseasDelivery methods can be made by Japan Post EMS, small packaged items (registered mail) or Kuroneko Yamato (UPS). The item will arrive at your door with the fastest delivery time. In the case of EMS, the insurance amount is included in the shipping fee up to 20,000 yen, and from then onwards, a 50 yen guarantee fee will be added for every 20,000 yen.

1. Returns, exchanges, and warranty
Returns if the product is damaged, etc. If the product is damaged, etc., we will refund or exchange it at our expense. Please contact us within one week after the product arrives and return the product (cash on delivery).
